Thank you. The first thing is that Inmate Epstein incorrectly wrote his req. # on his request for the religious diet, so Sentry didn't recognize the number. Just before Chaplain (b)(6); (b)(7)(C) was leaving yesterday, we realized the inmate had transposed two of his numbers, and I told him I'd take care of putting him on the religious diet designation. FS (b)(6) is aware of the inmate's dietary needs and has been providing the religious diet since last Friday I've been told.
I also have another religious diet interview scheduled, which will require data entry.

I spoke w Computer Svcs. They have informed HR to submit a request to establish a TDY account for you. Upon receipt, Comp Svcs will submit a ticket to Central Office to grant you access to our server. In the meantime, what transactions do you need? Depending on the type of transaction, it may be possible to ask a staff member to login SENTRY and provide the information you need.
